Zimbabwe inches closer to mining oil and gas in the Zambezi basin, in Northen Zimbabwe. Over the last four years, Australian firm, Invictus Enery has spent a total of 16-million US dollars on oil and gas exploration in the southern African country, and plans to start initial drilling as early as September 2022.
