The French oil major now runs BOTH of Namibia's biggest oil finds — Mopane and Venus. One company. Two giant fields. So the question is no longer whether the oil giants want Namibia. They are in position. The real question is: who controls Namibia's oil now, and what terms will Namibia lock in before the first barrel?
