Zimbabwe, Botswana introduce passport-free travel


Zimbabwe and Botswana are about to usher in passport-free travel for their citizens, allowing them to move between the two countries using their national Identity Documents. Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Duma Boko confirmed the new arrangement in Harare. They signed various agreements, aimed at strengthening trade ties and easing the movement of people and goods. Other accords covered defence cooperation, cross-border security and investment promotion.
