Tribunal Reserves Judgment on Nasarawa Gov'ship Dispute

The People's Democratic Party filed a petition before the tribunal challenging the results of the All Progressives Congress in the March 18 election.
Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Ezekiel Ajayi made the decision of the court known following the adoption of the final written addresses by counsels of both political parties.
Adopting their written addresses, Lead Counsel to the PDP, Kanu Agabi, prayed the tribunal to consider the facts before it as evidence to declare the PDP governorship candidate as the winner of the election.
