William Ruto's Pan-African Parliament address: Sophie Mokoena


Kenya's President William Ruto says he supports the African leaders mission that will travel to Russia and Ukraine with the aim of ensuring that President Vladimir Putin and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accept the proposal by Africa to engage in peace talks that will end the war in Ukraine. President Cyril Ramaphosa says both Moscow and Kyiv have agreed to host a peace mission from representatives of various African nations. The Kenyan leader says the conflict in Sudan must not be forgotten. Ruto was addressing the Pan African Parliament in Midrand, Johannesburg.
