Operation Chenesa Harare continues beyond the Central Business District, with the Government and City of Harare taking the clean-up campaign into the city's low-density suburbs.

In this latest operation, the Minister of Local Government and Public Works, Hon. Daniel Garwe, together with the Permanent Secretary and Harare Mayor Jacob Mafume, visited Kamfinsa to enforce the government's campaign to remove illegal street vending and clear makeshift structures from undesignated areas.

The operation follows the clean-up activities along Enterprise Road, where vendors were removed and makeshift structures dismantled as authorities moved to restore order and improve the appearance and functionality of Harare's roads and public spaces.
