President Emmerson Mnangagwa has announced sweeping changes across Zimbabwe’s government and several constitutional commissions, with Engineer Tafadzwa Muguti moving to the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works as Permanent Secretary.

John Basera has been redeployed to the Zimbabwe Land Commission, while Anele Ndebele takes over as Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission.

Leslie Ncube has been appointed to lead the Zimbabwe Gender Commission, Sheuneni Kurasha joins the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, Professor Mandivamba Rukuni becomes Deputy Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Land Commission, and Mabel Ndakaripa-Hungwe also joins the Land Commission.
