Africa Union meets over Ethiopia, Tigray hostilities

Ethiopia's government and Tigray rebels have agreed to end all hostilities.
High Representative of the African Union Commission Chair, Olusegun Obasanjo, says the two-year conflict has ended and the AU will serve as guarantor.
