The episode begins with Officer Okoro and Officer Francis being reprimanded by the newly assigned youth corper but as usual they continue misbehaving.

Officer Okoro is bullied into approving an application by one of the applicant who seems to be a bandit only to discover the applicant is a 'Bandit for God' and cannot fight. He rushes to fight with the applicant after he finds out.
