At least 15 to 20 dead, dozens injured in Maine shootings

Police say at least 15 to 20 people were killed and up to 50 people were injured after shootings in Lewiston, Maine. A manhunt is underway for Robert Card, a person of interest, who authorities say was a trained firearm instructor with a military background. NBC News' Jonathan Dienst shares the latest.
