Areas in China hit by floods remain cut off two weeks after storms
Chinese authorities say 29 people have died from flooding caused by Typhoon Doksuri in the northern province of Hebei. Sixteen are still missing.
The emergency response to the disaster has been upgraded to the highest level.
But two weeks after the storms, many remote communities say they haven’t received any government help.
Al Jazeera’s Katrina Yu reports from Zhuozhou in northern China.
