With respect to the issue of the November 15-16 convention, the matter is settled. No court in Nigeria can say or do anything further about it. It was permanently laid to rest by the Supreme Court, which established that the convention was held in defiance of a court order. The Court of Appeal judgment merely re-echoed this position.
On legal representation, the Court of Appeal was also correct. Ajibade SAN, was suspended for one month. When the suspension elapsed, his tenure had already come to an end.
