Brig. Gen Braimah Killed In Borno+Boko Haram Parades 416 Abductees+ADC Chieftain Stumbles In Speech

In Borno State, 17 soldiers and Brigadier General Oseni Braimah were killed in coordinated assaults across Benisheikh, Ngamdu, and Pulka.

The General commanded the 29 Task Force Brigade and is among a growing number of high-ranking officers recently killed by terrorists, with tributes honouring his life and service pouring in.

In a statement, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu described the soldiers killed in Benisheikh as “unforgettable, irreplaceable heroes” and encouraged troops on the frontlines to remain hopeful.

A group of 176 abductees from the Woro community in Kwara State have resurfaced in a new video, pleading for the public and government to come to their rescue after more than two months in captivity.

It comes as a faction of Boko Haram released a video of 416 abducted victims from Ngoshe in Borno State, sending shockwaves across social media.

In politics, Nafiu Bala is trending after a speech delivered at the INEC Headquarters in Abuja where he struggled to read from prepared remarks, sparking debate about public speaking skills and whether leaders should communicate in their native languages.
